1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using NEET Prep Easy (the "App"), an application operated by HLSR Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Desk ID: VO-222, Embassy Golf Links, Cinnabar Hills, Off Intermediate Ring Road, Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560071, India, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Your continued access to or use of the App after any changes to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a minor to use the App, you accept these Terms on behalf of such minor and assume full responsibility for their use of the App, including compliance with these Terms.

3. Service Description

NEET Prep Easy is an AI-powered educational tutoring app designed to help students prepare for the NEET examination. The App provides:

• AI-generated explanations for academic questions
• Video and text-based learning modes
• Question history tracking
• Multiple language support

Nothing contained in the App shall be construed as creating any enforceable expectation that any particular feature, content library, language option, or functionality shall continue, remain unchanged, or be available for any minimum duration. We may, in our sole discretion, alter, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw any part of the Services without prior notice and without thereby incurring any liability.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any purpose other than educational learning
• Submit questions unrelated to academic or educational content
• Attempt to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Misuse the AI system for non-educational purposes
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the app

While we have implemented safeguards to keep the app focused on education, you are responsible for using the service appropriately.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You shall not, directly or indirectly, undertake or attempt any act that may undermine, impair, or interfere with the security, integrity, or normal functioning of the App, its servers, databases, APIs, or associated infrastructure. This prohibition includes, without limitation:

• Scraping and extraction — copying, scraping, crawling, mirroring, or systematically extracting content, questions, answers, or data from the App, whether manually or through automated means
• Bot access — accessing the App through bots, spiders, scripts, or other automated tools not expressly authorised by us
• AI training data extraction — using any content or data from the App to create, train, or improve any artificial intelligence model, machine learning system, competing product, derivative database, or answer archive
• Security interference — attempting unauthorised access, penetration testing without consent, privilege escalation, bypassing access controls, or any form of security scanning
• Service disruption — engaging in denial-of-service activity, request flooding, traffic manipulation, or any action that degrades the App's availability for other users
• Credential abuse — sharing, selling, or transferring account credentials, or accessing accounts belonging to others
• Misrepresentation — impersonating any person or entity, or furnishing false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Harmful content — submitting content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful to minors
• Illegal activity — using the App for any purpose that violates applicable law, including intellectual property infringement

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI is a learning aid, not a replacement for proper study materials or qualified instruction.

7. Third-Party Content

Certain content made available through the App is generated by third-party artificial intelligence models and services not owned or controlled by us. We do not author, originate, certify, or guarantee such content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, pedagogical suitability, or outcome-reliability of any AI-generated or third-party content, and any reliance placed thereon shall be at your sole risk.

8. External Links

The App may contain references or links to external websites, resources, or services not owned or controlled by us (such as NCERT materials, educational references, or app store pages). Such links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement, warranty, or recommendation. We are not responsible for any content, privacy practices, or service quality of such external resources, and any access to them is at your own risk.

9. No Warranties

NEET Prep Easy is provided "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE", and "WITH ALL FAULTS" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated answers
• Fitness for any particular purpose, including NEET exam preparation
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service
• Results, outcomes, or academic performance from using the App
• Compatibility with any particular device, operating system, or network

No advice, communication, or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the App shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, outage, or inability to perform arising from acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, fires, floods, strikes, power failure, cyber incidents, network congestion, governmental action, court orders, telecommunications interruptions, cloud-service outages, app-store suspensions, or any cause beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

You use this App at your own risk and are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. You acknowledge that educational continuity may depend upon factors external to our operational control.

11. Aggregate Liability Cap

In any event, and without prejudice to liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, the aggregate liability of HLSR Technologies Private Limited and all persons acting on its behalf, in relation to any User and all claims arising out of the same or connected series of events, shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount actually paid by such User to HLSR Technologies for the relevant Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the first event giving rise to the claim; or (b) INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).

Any claim arising out of or in connection with the App or Services must be brought within one (1) year from the date on which the cause of action first arose, failing which such claim shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be deemed time-barred.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HLSR Technologies Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, advisors, and agents from and against any and all claims, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your breach of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your misuse of the App or Services
• Any content you submit, share, or transmit through the App
• Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Any act or omission attributable to you that causes loss, exposure, or reputational harm to us

13. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful account information
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

You represent and warrant that all information furnished to us, whether at the time of account creation or at any subsequent time, shall be true, complete, current, and not misleading.

14. User Material

When you submit, type, share, or otherwise make available any questions, queries, feedback, or other material through the App ("User Material"), you grant HLSR Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, analyse, and otherwise utilise such User Material to the extent reasonably necessary for providing, improving, securing, and administering the App and Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant this licence, and that your User Material does not infringe any third-party rights. You remain solely responsible for your User Material and the consequences of submitting it.

15. Intellectual Property

The NEET Prep Easy App, including its design, user interface, features, software, logos, trademarks, educational sequences, and all content made available on or through the App (excluding User Material), is and shall remain the exclusive property of HLSR Technologies Private Limited and/or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission.

16. Communications

By creating an account and providing your phone number, email address, or other contact information, you consent to receive communications from us through SMS, phone calls, push notifications, in-app notifications, emails, or other electronic means. These communications may include:

• Login verification codes and OTPs
• Account administration and security alerts
• Service updates, new features, and important notices
• Support responses and grievance handling
• Educational tips, study reminders, and content recommendations
• Promotional offers and announcements (where permitted by law)

Such electronic communications shall be deemed sufficient notice for all purposes for which communication is recognised under applicable law. If you wish to opt out of promotional communications, you may do so by contacting us at support@hlsrtech.com. Service-related communications (OTPs, security alerts, legal notices) cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

17. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in prohibited conduct as described in Section 5
• Misuse the App for non-educational purposes
• Engage in any activity that harms the service, other users, or our reputation

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Support & Legal → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to Terms

HLSR Technologies reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time by publishing the revised version on the App or our website. Any such amendment shall become effective upon publication.

Your continued access to or use of the App after such publication shall constitute binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App and delete your account. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory law that may apply by reason of your status as a consumer. Subject to such mandatory rights as cannot be contractually excluded, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the App, or the Services.

20. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the following Grievance Officer has been appointed to address your concerns, complaints, or data-related requests:

21. Pricing and Paid Services

NEET Prep Easy is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to:

• Introduce paid features, subscriptions, premium plans, or one-time purchases
• Convert currently free features or content into paid offerings
• Modify, increase, or decrease pricing for any paid offering
• Change promotional structures, discounts, scholarships, validity periods, or access tiers
• Restrict access to certain features based on subscription status, payment status, or other eligibility criteria

Any such changes shall apply prospectively from the date of their introduction. Use of free features today does not create any entitlement, expectation, or right to continued free access in the future. If you do not agree to a pricing change, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the affected feature or delete your account.

Where paid services are introduced, additional payment terms, refund policies, and product-specific conditions may apply, which shall be disclosed at the relevant point of purchase and shall form part of these Terms of Service.

21.1 Cross-Platform Purchases, Pricing and Entitlements

NEET Prep Easy may be available across multiple platforms and app stores. Prices, paid features, offers, and availability may differ between platforms and change over time, including due to platform commissions, payment-processing fees, taxes, currency, and applicable store policies. A price, offer, or free feature available on one platform or at one time does not guarantee the same on another platform or in the future.

Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or by an authorized payment provider, where offered. Any purchase, subscription, or entitlement is tied to the platform and the account or payment method through which it was made, is valid only on that platform, and does not automatically transfer to or grant access on any other platform unless we expressly state otherwise. We are not obligated to provide cross-platform access, price matching, transfers, or duplicate entitlements. If you experience a mismatch, you may contact us at the support address below and we will make reasonable, good-faith efforts to assist, at our discretion.

21.2 Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Some features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. How billing is managed depends on how the purchase was made:

(a) Purchases through an app store: Payment is charged to your app-store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews at the then-current price for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your app-store account or subscription settings. We cannot cancel an app-store subscription on your behalf.

(b) Purchases through an authorized payment provider (where offered): Payment is collected by the provider on our behalf, and the subscription auto-renews at the then-current price each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Recurring payments are set up in accordance with applicable payment-network and regulatory requirements. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at the support address below; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The subscription title, length, and price are shown to you before you confirm any purchase. If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends, and any unused portion is forfeited on purchase.

21.3 Refunds

(a) App-store purchases are processed by, and refundable only in accordance with, the applicable app store's refund policy. We do not directly process such refunds; requests must be made through that store.

(b) Purchases through an authorized payment provider: Except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not refund partial or unused subscription periods. Where we choose to grant a refund, or where required by law, it will be processed to your original payment method through the provider. Any specific refund window or condition we offer will be stated at the point of purchase and forms part of these Terms.

21.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices or the features included in any paid plan, applied prospectively to billing periods beginning after the change. Where required, the applicable app store or payment provider will notify you of a price increase and, depending on its policies, seek your consent before it takes effect; if you do not agree, you may cancel before your next renewal.

21.5 Taxes and Payment Data

Displayed prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) depending on your region and the platform; taxes are calculated and collected by the applicable app store or payment provider at the point of purchase. We do not collect or store your full payment-card details — these are handled directly by the app store or payment provider under their own security and privacy practices.
